I have been a student of yoga since 2004, and earned my teaching certificate in Nicaragua in 2012.  I am experienced in teaching hatha, power yoga, vinyasa flow and prenatal yoga. I have also worked therapeutically with individuals with specific health concerns or injuries.   

 I provide a down-to-earth approach, and strive to make yoga accessible to every body. My ultimate goal as a teacher is to ensure that every student leaves their practice feeling good in their bodies, and balanced in mind and spirit.
